He played an important role in imparting computer knowledge to the trainee. He used simple technique and taught the trainee about it (Grissom et al., 2015). However, both of them could enhance their performace by regurgitating the IT techniques. Conclusion The assignment gives an outline of the coaching session, espoused by both coach and trainee.
